In a group we will explore Conscious Breathing, Rhythmic Techniques, & ways to improve your overall breathing. Relaxation & breathing are keys to conquering stress, tension, fatigue & fears. Breath work helps to enable you to conserve much needed energy & prevent exhaustion in labour.
Through asana, pranayama, mudra & mantra you will experience an opening to your mind, emotions & intuition, and a deeper understanding of yourself. Helping you to prepare for your birth physically, mentally & spiritually.
Using techniques through vocal toning, sound & mantra to release emotional feelings, connect with your baby and help release pain in labour. These sessions will encourage you to express yourself freely. Sounds help open & relax the pelvis & cervix, while using sound & breathe for a confident birthing experience.
Exercises to enhance insight & bonding with your baby, to nurture a relationship with your unborn. Visualisation to help with pain & labour.
Osha is a trained massage therapist & holistic back practitioner. Specialising in specific pregnancy massage techniques covering - abdominal toning, back & spine treatment to remove congestion, opening lymphatic drainage & energy channels. Helpful ways to teach your birthing partner massage in labour.
Osha is a trained counsellor who will hold group pregnancy pre & post natal sessions. Also one to one counselling available, to explore & clear emotional issues.
Baby yoga sessions & baby massage lessons available.
Classes are run by Osha Bianco (Dip Couns. Dip Yoga. Dip Massage) who is a mother of two young boys. She is dedicated to helping mums-to-be experience the best births they can, through working to free the fears associated with the birthing experience.
